Marketing Executive 

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the company's services.
• Conduct fieldwork to meet potential customers, businesses, and driver-partners.
• Collaborate with the team in office work, including campaign planning and strategy development.
• Organize promotional events and engage with the community to increase brand awareness.
• Monitor market trends and gather insights to improve marketing effectiveness.

Customer Relationship Executive

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty.
• Conduct fieldwork to onboard customers and drivers, and address their concerns directly.
• Perform office work such as handling inquiries, follow-ups, and maintaining customer and driver records.
• Coordinate with drivers and monitor their activities to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Gather feedback from customers and provide actionable insights for service improvements.
