Job Description
Job Summary: The Assistant Sales Manager is responsible for promoting and selling properties to potential buyers. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. The Sales Executive will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide guidance throughout the buying process, and negotiate deals to ensure successful transactions.
Responsibilities
: 1. Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, Leads and referrals.
2. Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing, and competitive properties.
3. Showcase properties to potential buyers and provide accurate information about features, amenities, and pricing.
4. Guide clients through the buying process, including property viewings, negotiations, and contract signings.
5. Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
6. Collaborate with real estate agents, brokers, and property developers to facilitate transactions.
7. Stay updated on real estate market trends, regulations, and legal requirements.
8. Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and contracts to clients in a timely manner.
9. Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and other necessary steps in the buying process.
10. Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions from clients.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
2. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
3. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
5. In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, including pricing trends and property types.
6. Familiarity with real estate laws, regulations, and contracts.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
