Key Responsibilities:

• Order Confirmation: Confirm orders with customers and provide necessary details.

• Delivery Updates: Keep customers informed about delivery dates and any changes.

• Payment Follow-Up: Follow up on advance payments and ensure timely receipt of payments.

• Dispatch Communication: Notify customers about dispatch details and confirm receipt.

• Invoice Confirmation: Ensure customers have received invoices and materials correctly after dispatch.

• Customer Feedback: Regularly seek feedback from customers to improve service quality.

• Ongoing Communication: Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure a positive relationship.

• Post-Sales Coordination: Handle all post-sales activities, including customer inquiries and coordination with internal departments.

Key Skills Required:

• A pleasing and professional way of speaking.

• Good Communication English, with strong speaking and writing skills, for corporate client interactions.

• 0-1 years of experience in a client coordination role or similar. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and internal teams.

• Problem Solving skill, Ability to take initiative, Follow-ups & ensure to resolution to customer concerns, issues complaints effectively. 


• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to resolve customer issues and handle complaints effectively.

• Coordination Skills: Proficiency in coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
