Job Description:
ICICI Lombard is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our Customer Support team. This is a voice process role, where you will be responsible for addressing customer queries, resolving issues, and providing excellent service to ensure a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
- Maintain customer records by updating information as required
- Achieve customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily targets and KPIs
Requirements:
- Graduation in any field is mandatory
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Good listening skills and patience to handle customers effectively
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency
- Previous experience in customer support or similar roles is an advantage, but not mandatory
Job Details:
- Location: Mumbai
- Process: Voice process (Inbound/Outbound)
- Workdays: 5 days a week
- Salary: Up to ₹3 LPA
- Shift: Rotational shifts (may include weekends)
