Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Job Description:

ICICI Lombard is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our Customer Support team. This is a voice process role, where you will be responsible for addressing customer queries, resolving issues, and providing excellent service to ensure a positive experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
  • Maintain customer records by updating information as required
  • Achieve customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily targets and KPIs


Requirements:

  • Graduation in any field is mandatory
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Good listening skills and patience to handle customers effectively
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Previous experience in customer support or similar roles is an advantage, but not mandatory

  • Process: Voice process (Inbound/Outbound)
  • Workdays: 5 days a week
  • Salary: Up to ₹3 LPA
  • Shift: Rotational shifts (may include weekends)
