JD: -
- Understand customers requirement / query and accordingly provide solution thru re-active complaint on SD.
- A daily Co-ordination with ops and timely update to customer.
- Maintain KPI’s to achieve SLA.
- Analyses business of Key customer to find gap and provide solution.
- A good excel and PPT knowledge.
- Pro-active approach on problem shipments.
- Pro-active follow up on outstanding shipments.
- Alert concern stake holders if any problem arise with solution providing.
- A Good team bonding.
