1. Original BL list
 Tracking OBLS
Creating TO DO list for invoicing based on arrival of goods/destinations

2. Managing docs for the following origins:
 Ethiopia
 India
 Russia/Ukraine only those purchased through suppliers in time zones closer to India
 Any other origins which make sense to execute in India office
- Chase shipper for shipping schedule
- Chase shipper for documents
- Check documents for accuracy
- Track the cargo
- Chase shipper for revised documents
- Chase shipper for AWB of docs sent to bank

3. Check for Updates on Shipments 

4. Assist in getting necessary info from buyers/brokers (eg. IEC, GSTIN, phone, contact, FSSAI) – needed for tag marks and shipping lines

5. Assist in problem solving for customer complaints (agent charging DTHC; not granting free time; PPS charges; missing paperwork)
 Ask buyer for agent details
 Follow up on supporting paperwork
