Job Title: Grease Production Manager

Job Summary:

The Grease Production Manager is responsible for leading and managing various types of grease manufacturing process including lithium , calcium ,other specialities to ensure efficient production, high quality, and compliance with safety and environmental regulations. This role includes overseeing production staff, optimizing processes, and ensuring that production targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Oversight:

• Manage daily operations of grease production, ensuring adherence to manufacturing schedules.
• Monitor production processes to optimize efficiency and throughput.

1. Quality Control:

• Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure product meets specifications.
• Conduct routine checks and analyses of products and materials.

1. Team Management:

• Supervise, train, and mentor production staff.
• Foster a team-oriented environment that encourages continuous improvement.

1. Process Improvement:

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Analyze production data and adjust operational practices as necessary.

1. Safety Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Conduct safety training and promote a culture of safety among staff.

1. Inventory Management:

• Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure materials are available for production needs.

1. Reporting:

• Prepare and present reports on production metrics, quality issues, and compliance to senior management.
• Contribute to the development of operational budgets and forecasts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Production Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in production in grease manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality assurance protocols.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with safety standards and environmental regulations related to manufacturing.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
