Job Description
Recruitment:
Managing the End to End process of Recruitment
* Making Job Description & posting on Portals
* Sourcing the CV of the candidate from the Job Portals
* Sourcing the right candidate for business
* Conducting telephonic interview & short listing the candidate for second round of interview
* Conducting Aptitude tests, coordinating with the shortlisted candidate.
* Preparing salary details & rolling out the offer to the candidate.
On Boarding & HR Operations:
* Sending the information to support teams (IT, admin etc) for creating relevant infrastructure.
Welcome the candidate personally and Introduce the joiner to all departments
* Conducting the induction programs for the new joinees.
* Appointment Letter (Document Check, Letter Generation & Tracker updating) Make sure all
the documents submitted otherwise follow up to complete the documentation
* Post & pre-joining formalities in the ERP system.
* Drive policies and procedures, upgrade whenever there is an appropriate trigger.
* Addressing employee query regarding HRMS (Leave, Attendance etc).
* Background Verification data and updations.
Exit Process:-
* Taking the Exit interview & taking care with proper knowledge transfer has been undertaken, confirming by Reporting person, full & final settlement and released Service
Certificates after ensuring that the employees owed no dues.
* Conducting the relieving process by Issuing the Experience letter & Salary slip.
Employee Grievances & Employee Engagement: -
* Handling employee grievances and guiding them from time to time.
* Addressing the employee's queries and solving their problems
* Employee engagement revolves around various Fun/stress relief activities & bringing
transparency in the process & policies
* Responsible for facilitating off-sites Festival Celebrations, picnic, events, etc. to drive
Employee Engagement and Retention.
Performance Appraisal: -
* Handling annually appraisals of the employees.
* Constant follow up with the managers to ensure a dialogue between them and their
subordinate so that the subordinates get a proper feedback.
* Actively involved in managing the ratings of the employees.
Payroll and Statutory Compliance:
* Handling payroll and statutory compliance of the organization.
* Preparing the separate PT excel sheet & same submitting to * Maintaining related records i.e Leave Register, Attendance register.
* Preparing MIS report.
