Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Job Requirement Analysis: Partner with hiring managers to understand the specific requirements for each open position and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Sourcing Candidates: Proactively search for qualified candidates using job boards, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), employee referrals, networking, and recruitment agencies.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes and applications to evaluate candidates’ qualifications. Conduct initial phone or video screenings, assess skill sets, and ensure alignment with job requirements. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Candidate Engagement: Maintain ongoing communication with candidates, providing timely feedback and updates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Job Posting: Create and post clear, compelling, and accurate job descriptions on job boards and company websites. Manage job postings and ensure accurate representation of roles and responsibilities.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to review candidates, provide feedback, and finalize selection decisions.
  • Offer Negotiation and Closing: Assist in extending job offers, negotiating compensation packages, and handling offer acceptance and rejections. Ensure a smooth transition from candidate acceptance to onboarding.
  • Onboarding Support: Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure new hires complete required documentation and training as part of the onboarding process.
  • Recruitment Metrics and Reporting: Track key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and cost-per-hire. Provide regular updates to HR leadership and management.
  • Qualifications & Skills:Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist (1-3 years preferred), with a solid understanding of recruitment processes and strategies.
  • Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Familiarity with job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Ability to assess candidates effectively and match them with the right roles.
  • Soft Skills:

  • High attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving skills and proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a customer service orientation.
