Designation: Inside Sales Executive
Primary Responsibilities:
Customer-oriented Inside Sales Executive to utilize inbound and outbound telephone calls to generate inquiries for LPG Vaporizers and related products. The Inside Sales Executive's responsibilities include cross-selling or up-selling our products where possible, receiving incoming telephone calls, and assisting with customer inquiries, as well as maintaining an accurate record of all calls made and received.
Job Description:
1. Initiating sales calls with potential customers over the phone.
2. Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
3. Listening to the customers' needs to generate appointments for field sales staff.
4. Booking appointments for the Sales Manager and Field Sales.
5. Using sales scripts offered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.
6. Timely submission of Technical Quotation, Proforma Invoice on the same day.
7. Responsible to manage the allocated territorial sales as per the target.
8. Responsible to identify and acquire new clients to boost the sales.
9. Responsible to take care of all existing clients and fulfill all their sales requirements.
10. Responsible for planning and executing the field sales executive tour as per the need.
11. Responsible to handle the field sales activity and provide all the insides of the market to the reporting manager.
12. To be responsible for inside sales activity for a given territory.
13. After receipt of PO / Order booking / Token prepare DO and hand over to dispatch.
14. Follow up for outstanding payment of new orders.
15. Coordinate and track with dispatch teams and provide accurate dispatch.
16. Outstanding recovery follows up and sending reminder mails to the client.
17. Spares selling to the client and generating the revenue.
18. Have the ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
19. Manage relationships with the internal department to ensure high-quality and timely execution of dispatch.
20. Handling urgent calls, emails, messages when the sales representative is unavailable.
