We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Telecaller to join our team at CPRA Tech. The Sales Telecaller will be responsible for generating sales leads, engaging potential customers, and promoting our products and services through phone calls. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads.
• Follow up on sales inquiries and leads generated.
• Explain and promote products or services offered by the company.
• Answer questions and handle customer objections in a professional manner.
• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Provide feedback to the sales team on market conditions, customer needs, and product feedback.

Qualifications:

• Minimum education qualification: 12th Pass or above.
• Experience in sales or telecalling will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
• Languages Required: Fluent in Hindi, Marathi, and English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office and CRM tools knowledge is a plus).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
