Job Description:

We are looking for a Accountant to manage general accounting and financial processes at Rootpure Marketing Pvt Ltd. You’ll be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and reconciling bank statements. The ideal candidate should be familiar with accounting principles and practices and have a head for numbers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

• Reconcile bank statements and ensure discrepancies are resolved.

• Process and record day-to-day financial transactions.

• Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing.

• Assist with audits and prepare necessary audit documentation.

• Help with the preparation of tax returns and compliance with tax laws.

• Support senior accountants in various accounting tasks.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Experience: 2-3 years of accounting experience.

• Technical Skills:

o Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

o Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, etc.).

o Basic understanding of accounting principles.
