Job Title: Accountant

Location: Sabholi Industrial Area Mandoli, Delhi-110093

Qualification: MBA in Finance

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with an MBA in Finance and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and a proven ability to manage financial tasks efficiently. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, preparing and filing tax returns, and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management:
  • Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processing.
  • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
  • Tax Compliance:
  • Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and Income Tax Returns (ITR) in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable tax regulations and laws.
  • Expense Management:
  • Monitor and manage day-to-day expenses to ensure they are within budget.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify areas for cost-saving opportunities.
  • Software Proficiency:
  • Utilise Tally for financial accounting and management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for financial reporting and analysis.
  • Handle email communications effectively for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Reporting:
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Documentation:
  • Maintain and organise all financial documents and records.
  • Ensure that all documentation is accurate, complete, and readily available for audits.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Graduate with a specialisation in Finance or MBA in Finance from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Tally, Microsoft Office, and email management.
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax regulations.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with financial auditing.
  • Familiarity with the latest financial regulations and best practices.
