Role Overview


We are seeking a talented and driven Business Development Executive (Female Candidates) to join our team. This full-time, remote role is focused on engaging directly with prospective clients, converting targeted leads, and nurturing strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities


  • Generate new business opportunities through in-person client meetings, lead follow-ups, and relationship building
  • Meet with prospective clients, present our services, and convince them of the potential for future business partnerships
  • Strengthen relationships with existing clients, identifying upsell opportunities and nurturing long-term engagements
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to represent Entelect Techsol and actively create new leads
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and identify new opportunities

Requirements


  • Proven experience in new business development, with strong lead-generation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships
  • Experience in sales or client acquisition, preferably within BPO or customer service solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to close deals and exceed business targets
  • Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to identifying and seizing new business opportunities
