Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience in B2B to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with corporate clients, and drive revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:

·      Identify and target potential corporate clients through research and networking.

·      Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.

·      Strategize & execute ways to increase sales numbers.

·      Present and pitch our products/services to corporate clients, effectively communicating value propositions.

·      Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.

·      Monitor industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities for growth.

·      Facilitate meetings with corporate clients at both our office location and external venues.

 

Qualifications:

·      6 months to 1 year of experience in business development, sales, B2B sales, or a related field.

·      Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

·      Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

·      Strong understanding of corporate sales processes and client relationship management.

·      A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.

·      Keen interest in plants & greenery.
