Summary: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Cashier cum Accountant to manage the financial transactions and records for our restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling cash, processing payments, maintaining financial records, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist with their orders.
• Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately.
• Ensure the cash register is balanced at the end of each shift.
• Handle returns and exchanges according to restaurant policy.
• Record daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports.
• Monitor and reconcile bank statements and accounts.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and restaurant policies.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Provide information about menu items and promotions.
•  Knowledge in Petpooja software or other restaurant Software.
•  Knowledge in filing monthly GST reports.
•  ⁠experience to prepare MIS reports in excel using formulas.
• Expertise in cloud tally ERP9. Knowledge in cost centre and cost category.

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a cashier or in a similar role.
• Basic accounting knowledge and experience.

Working Conditions:

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
