Job Description: Sales & Operations Manager

Position Overview:

Srishti Manchanda Photography is a leading photography studio, specialising in capturing memorable moments and creating stunning visual experiences.Our target audience is mainly mothers for their kids’s &maternity photoshoots & brands for product photoshoots. 

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales & Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing day-to-day client relations, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. This is an on-site position with a monthly salary of 18,000 to 24,000 (depending on skill of candidate). We will also provide commission on client acquisition.

Responsibilities:

Client Management & Communication

* Coordinate with clients, photographers, and other team members to schedule shoots, manage logistics, and meet project deadlines.

* Attend all client calls and messages to acquire new clients & taking care of all the requirements of the existing clients

Sales Management:

* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract clients, increase bookings, and drive revenue growth.

* Prospect for potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into sales opportunities.

* Conduct sales consultations, showcasing the value and uniqueness of our photography services.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

* Negotiate pricing and contracts to secure new business while maximising profitability.

Customer Experience:

* Provide exceptional customer service throughout the client journey, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.

* Understand client needs and preferences, tailoring services to meet their expectations.

* Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and manage customer feedback effectively.

Qualifications:

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in ENGLISH & Hindi both, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

* Proven experience in sales and operations management, preferably in the photography industry or related field.

* Strong sales acumen and a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

* Proficiency in using relevant software and tools ; Mainly Microsoft Excel/Google sheets for operations and sales management.

* Ability to work on-site and flexibility with working hours as per business requirements.

* Capability to communicate with clients; generally Mothers of the children
