Hybrid Role | 3 days WFO and 2 days WFH

We are looking for a creative and results-oriented Content Creator & Marketing Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.

Responsibilities:

• Content Creation:

1. Develop engaging video/photo content for social media platforms like Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
2. Concept and script original video ideas that showcase the company's products and brand story.
3. This may include behind-the-scenes tours, product spotlights, customer creations, styling tips, seasonal collections, and customer testimonials (video editing skills a plus).
4. Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual aesthetic across all content.
5. Create content for ads

• Marketing & Promotion:

1. Create awareness, engagement, and sales goals.
2. Research and utilize relevant hashtags and keywords to optimize content reach.
3. Monitor social media analytics and adapt strategies based on data insights.
4. Manage and engage with the online community through comments and messages.
5. Stay updated on social media trends and adapt content accordingly
