We are seeking a highly motivated **Lead Generation Expert** to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and nurturing high-quality leads that drive sales and business growth. You will utilize a variety of tools and strategies to develop and implement effective lead generation campaigns, ensuring a steady flow of prospects for the sales team.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Research and identify new lead sources to generate Outbound leads.

- Develop and execute lead generation campaigns through email, social media, and other channels.

- Qualify leads and pass them to the sales team for follow-up.

- Track and analyze lead generation metrics to continuously optimize efforts.

- Maintain CRM systems and update lead status to ensure accurate data and reporting.

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals.

 

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in lead generation or sales development.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM tools, and lead nurturing techniques.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience with LinkedIn, email marketing, and other outreach tools is a plus.
