About Us: Abhi Loan is a leading Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) dedicated to providing innovative financial solutions to individuals and businesses. Committed to excellence, we are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as an Operations Customer Service.


Key Responsibilities:


Customer Interaction:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through various channels, such as phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide clear and comprehensive information about Abhi Loan products, application procedures, and account details.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Answering all queries and questions regarding the company and product.
  • Understanding customers’ requirements by asking questions and closing the deal.
  • Keeping the customer database maintained and updated.
  • Taking and processing orders accurately.


Documentation and Record Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Ensure proper documentation of loan files, adhering to organizational and regulatory guidelines.
  • Work closely with other departments to streamline and improve documentation processes.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
  • Customer Service experience
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Familiarity with NBFC operations and loan processing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to NBFC operations.
