Job Description
- Receive the assigned assistance request on their mobile device. Head to the customer's location with necessary tools, equipment, and replacement parts if required. Ensure their Zypp vehicle is equipped with the necessary safety equipment. Upon arrival, assess the customer's vehicle for issues and inform the Advisors of any additional needs (e.g., towing, spare parts). If possible, perform on-site repairs, replacements, or adjustments to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved on-site, coordinate with the Advisor's for towing arrangements. Ensure the customer is informed about the estimated repair time, cost (if applicable), and any additional details. 1.Towing Services (if required): If the customer's vehicle needs to be towed, ensure the safe loading and transportation of the vehicle to the nearest Zypp service centre. Provide the customer with information on the service centre’s location and contact details. 2. Post-Assistant Responsibilities: Update the assistance tracking system with service details and costs (if applicable). Collect feedback from the customer regarding the service experience. Ensure the customer is satisfied with the assistance provided
