Job Description:

As an E-commerce Executive at Miashi Consultancy OPC Private Limited, you will play a pivotal role in managing our client’s online sales platforms and driving revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.

Responsibilities:

Platform Management: 

Oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms, marketplace accounts (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart).

Content Creation: Create engaging product listings, captivating product descriptions, and visually appealing multimedia content (images, videos) to enhance product visibility and drive conversions.

Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement online marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales strategies to attract new customers, retain existing ones, and increase average order value.

Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with relevant departments to ensure product availability, and implement inventory optimization strategies to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.

Customer Experience Optimization: Continuously improve the online shopping experience by addressing customer feedback, resolving issues promptly, and implementing enhancements to website usability and functionality.

Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

Proven experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in a similar industry.

Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart), marketplace management tools, and content management systems.
