Job Description

Drive sales and business development through the agency channel, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and business growth.
● Recruit, train, and develop a team of agents to maximize their potential and performance.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, clients, and other stakeholders to foster long-term business partnerships.
● Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
● Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and strategic plans to senior management.
● Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
