Job Title: HR Executive (Hiring)

Roles and Responsibilities:

1.Recruitment and Staffing:

1.      Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.

2.      Post job advertisements on various platforms and manage the recruitment process.

3.      Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to shortlist candidates.

4.      Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant department heads.

5.      Conduct background checks and reference checks for potential hires.

2.Onboarding:

1.      Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.

2.      Conduct new employee orientation and onboarding programs.

3.      Ensure smooth integration of new hires into the company.

3.Talent Management:

1.      Maintain a database of potential candidates for future openings.

2.      Develop relationships with universities, job portals, and recruitment agencies.

3.      Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

4.Employee Relations:

1.      Address employee queries and concerns regarding recruitment and onboarding.

2.      Foster a positive work environment and culture.

5.Compliance:

1.      Ensure adherence to company policies and employment laws.

2.      Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee documentation.

6.Reporting:

1.      Prepare and present recruitment metrics and reports to management.

2.      Analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
