Job Description

Answering and directing phone calls.
Managing office correspondence (emails, letters, faxes).
Maintaining calendars and reminders for executives or team members.
Organizing office files (both physical and digital) for easy retrieval.
Ordering and maintaining office supplies.
Managing office equipment and ensuring it is functional (e.g., printers, copiers, phones).
Overseeing office cleanliness and tidiness.
Coordinating repairs and maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
Managing vendor relationships for office supplies and services.
Assisting with on-boarding new employees
Maintaining employee records (attendance, time-off requests).
Assisting with payroll administration and timesheet tracking.
Tracking office expenses and preparing cost reports.
Assisting with budget preparation for office supplies and events.
Processing invoices and working with accounting departments to ensure timely payments.
