We are looking for a receptionist in Delhi to perform a variety of tasks. The candidate must possess relevant skills and desired background.

•  Handling of phone calls. Reception area, talking to customers and handling them with good communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications for DTA entry and managing administrative tasks with good typing speed
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with healthcare settings and patient interactions
•  Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and calls received.
• Update and manage appointment calendars and schedule appointments.
• Maintain the general appearance
• Filing medical records and other documents
• Have excellent learning skills for software that we used for patient management and billing (like Labmate)
• Must have the potential to understand the patient's needs and offer them good service as well as guide them for the procedure and different departments.
• Processing payments from patients
• Keeping the waiting and receptionist area clean
• Provide reports to the patients on time
