*Role and Responsibilities:*

We are looking for a dedicated individual to oversee various operations including recruitment, training, business operations, management, and team leader.

Recruitment Process:

Interview Round 

IRDAI Exam (Fee: ₹567) at NSE-IT Center (near your location)

On-the-job training (OJT)

Location: Work from Home

Head office Pune Maharashtra 

Zonal office Kolkata 

*Working Days:* Monday to Saturday (6 days a week)

Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM

*Additional Information:*

The job is fully remote.

After selection, candidates must take the IRDAI exam to start with an Insurance Consultant (IC) designation.

The company offers 7 days of training and product sessions to prepare for the exam.

Support from experienced seniors, WhatsApp groups, IRDAI Exam app, mock series, and study materials will be provided.

*On-the-Job Training (Internship):*

Duration: Approximately 3 months

Mode: *Training will be conducted via ZOOM/ Teams APP*

Stipend: ₹50000 to₹70,000 based on performance and business generation of ₹3 lakh
