About the job This Sales role is with a Noida-based B2B Ed-Tech company with expertise in Digital (ERP, LMS & CMS)Solutions to Coachings, Schools & Colleges. We are looking for a Senior-Mid level sales professional who is passionate about sales and can take responsibility for acquiring and strengthening Competitive Examination Coaching Institutions across institutional segments and opening and building markets/regions in Delhi. The one who would be based in Delhi and would be handling the Delhi NCR region as an individual contributor.
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Understand the company’s offerings across both content and technology and clearly communicate the USP to the client Research the target market for assessing & understanding the target market size & buying potential Cold-calling Competitive Examinations Coachings like Engineering, SSC, UPSC, Banking, Defence, etc to explain the company’s content and tech solutions Source and connect with 30 - 40 leads and alternatively visit 5-6 prospects per day.
Understanding the customers’ organization chart to identify the end-users, influencers, and decision-makers. Meeting stakeholders to analyze needs, demo the company’s offerings, and understand the customer’s interest Work with cross-functional teams to augment strategy and product features Build a robust pipeline of sales targets & qualified opportunities that lead to demos Submitting and following up on proposals and moving them to negotiations and finally close. Consistently follow up with Prospects and maintain relationships even when the potential is not immediate. Update opportunity tracking tools like Edukit Intech, Zoho, or Salesforce to provide a precise forecast of the pipeline to the Sales Head. Act as an ambassador and role model that is consistent with Edukit values. Experience and Personal Qualities
Experience:
Candidates should be initiative-driven and must be independent in carrying out tasks and building the pipeline. Experience in partnering with UPSC-IAS, SSC, IES, and other Government Exams coachings Good selling skills, Hands-on understanding of conceptual sales, SaaS & cloud sales experience Perseverance, sincerity, out-of-box thinking, and patience to handle lengthy sales cycles. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills: you can engage, influence, and persuade institution owners with your excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of B2B sales and CRM tools - you can create and manage pipelines.
Languages: English and local language.
Note: 6 days working, choice of the day off
