Job Description

Job Summary:

The Senior tele caller is responsible for all aspects of the admissions process, a critical touchpoint for prospective students and will be focused on achieving sales targets, revenue generation, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective outbound and cold calls.


Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales:

  • Conduct initial outreach to prospective students via email, phone, and social media channels.
  • Qualify leads and assess the needs and preferences of potential students.

Post-Sales:

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new students.
  • Follow up with enrolled students to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Demo Scheduling:

  • Coordinate with academic departments to schedule course demos for interested students.
  • Follow-up post-demo to gather feedback and answer any questions.

Targets Achieving:

  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Continuously monitor performance metrics and adjust tactics as necessary.

Follow-Up Outbound Calls:

  • Regularly follow up with leads and opportunities in the sales pipeline.
  • Utilize CRM software to track interactions and update lead statuses.

Cold Calling:

  • Conduct cold calls to generate new leads, maintaining a record of successful contacts.
  • Utilize market research to identify potential areas for recruitment.

Revenue Generation:

  • Work closely with the finance department to ensure that revenue targets are met.
  • Participate in the development of strategies for upselling or cross-selling educational products.

Other Duties:

  • Maintain professional knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing publications.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Tele sales, customer service, or admissions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
