Job Description:We are looking for a Fresher Telecaller to join our team and help us expand our customer base. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls, engaging with customers, and promoting products/services in a professional manner. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers and will play a key role in our sales and customer satisfaction efforts.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate interest in products/services.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
• Understand customer needs and provide information about products/services accordingly.
• Schedule appointments, follow-up calls, and assist with queries.
• Achieve monthly targets and contribute to team goals.
• Record customer interactions in the CRM system accurately.
• Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the relevant department as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of product offerings and promotions.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Freshers are welcome to apply—no prior experience required.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Ability to engage with customers confidently and professionally.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Good listening skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory):A graduate or pursuing a degree in any field.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service (optional but a plus).
• Ability to speak in more than one language (English, Hindi, etc.) is a bonus.
