Job Title: Credit Card Sales Executive

Reports To: Sales Manager / Regional Sales Head

Location: Johripur Shahdhara Delhi

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Commission-based

Job Overview:A Credit Card Sales Executive is responsible for selling credit card products to potential customers and achieving sales targets. The role involves generating leads, building relationships, and providing comprehensive product information to potential clients. The Sales Executive also ensures customer satisfaction and assists in the application process for new customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Customer Acquisition:

  • Actively prospect and generate new leads through cold calls, referrals, networking, and other channels.
  • Promote and sell credit card products to potential customers, matching the right product based on their needs and financial situation.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and online consultations with prospective clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.

Product Knowledge and Presentations:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest credit card products, features, offers, and promotions.
  • Present and explain product benefits, features, and terms to customers.
  • Educate clients on the benefits of using credit cards, credit limits, rewards programs, and other product-specific features.

Lead Management:

  • Follow up with leads to convert them into customers, ensuring all leads are properly tracked.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date customer database.
  • Identify and resolve customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

Application Process:

  • Assist clients in filling out and submitting credit card application forms.
  • Ensure all required documentation is submitted accurately to process credit card applications.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure successful onboarding and ensure a smooth application process.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring continued satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide ongoing support to existing customers regarding card usage, rewards, and benefits.
  • Offer advice and resolve any issues related to card usage or payments.

Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate sales reports and track progress against targets.
  • Submit weekly/monthly sales reports to management.
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to optimize sales strategies.

Compliance and Regulations:

  • Ensure all sales practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements (such as Know Your Customer (KYC) norms, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies, etc.).
  • Adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and sales practices.
  • Qualifications and Skills:
  • Education:
  • A bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Experience:
  • Previous experience in sales, particularly in financial products (credit cards, loans, banking services) is a plus.
  • Freshers with good communication skills and a passion for sales are also welcome.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of financial products and credit card offerings.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Preferred Qualifications:Experience in sales within the financial services industry.
  • Knowledge of credit card terms, interest rates, fees, and reward programs.
  • Ability to speak multiple languages or regional dialects can be an advantage, depending on the target market.
  • Working Conditions:The role may involve working in the field (meeting potential clients in person), as well as office-based work for administrative tasks and reporting.
  • Flexible working hours, including weekends or evenings, depending on business needs.
