Key Responsibilities:

* convert the leads for the company through telephonic conversation.

* Ability to manage the workload and work in a team .

*Ensure customer service 

*Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

*Maintain customer records and their grievances .

*Stick to the sales strategy and policy for achieving the targets .
