Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • The TSM will report directly to the Head of Sales and vendor engagement team to create and implement vending strategies in the respective region.
  • Each TSM will onboard and manage a minimum of 7 VRS, each having atleast 10 - 15 vendors by building and  managing relationship to provide any and all support.
  • The TSM will be responsible for managing the inventory levels along with weekly cash collection from their respective VRSs
  • You will closely work with the vendor engagement team providing real time insights of the vendor force along with communicating various vendor schemes.
  • Visit multiple VRS daily to manage inventory, gather and update sales data of each vendor to analyze and modify vendor performance with the support of the vending engagement team
  • Identify, analyze the new and current hotspots of all vendors to ensure proper visibility and area expansion at Point of sale by training and guiding old and new vendors.
  • Identify, manage and execute promotional and branding activities such as sampling with engagement team at events, new hotspot locations etc.
