Positions Available:

  1. Administrative Executive
  2. Marketing Agent
  3. Documentation Handler

Job Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Executive:

  • Manage and oversee daily office operations.
  • Maintain records, organize files, and handle correspondence.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries.
  • Provide administrative support to management and staff.
  • Ensure the office environment is well-organized and operates efficiently.

2. Marketing Agent:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote company services.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
  • Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and monitor performance.
  • Identify new marketing opportunities and target audiences.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to improve marketing strategies.

3. Documentation Handler:

  • Organize, review, and verify client documents for immigration processing.
  • Prepare and process all paperwork required for applications and approvals.
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Provide clients with updates on the status of their documentation.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other data management tools.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Prior experience in administration, marketing, or documentation handling preferred but not mandatory.
  • Enthusiastic and motivated individuals willing to learn and grow with the company.
