Rellio Services, a leading immigration company based in Noida, is expanding its team and looking to hire talented and dedicated professionals for the following roles:
Positions Available:
- Administrative Executive
- Marketing Agent
- Documentation Handler
Job Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Executive:
- Manage and oversee daily office operations.
- Maintain records, organize files, and handle correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries.
- Provide administrative support to management and staff.
- Ensure the office environment is well-organized and operates efficiently.
2. Marketing Agent:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote company services.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
- Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and monitor performance.
- Identify new marketing opportunities and target audiences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to improve marketing strategies.
3. Documentation Handler:
- Organize, review, and verify client documents for immigration processing.
- Prepare and process all paperwork required for applications and approvals.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
- Ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
- Provide clients with updates on the status of their documentation.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other data management tools.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines effectively.
- Prior experience in administration, marketing, or documentation handling preferred but not mandatory.
