Assistant Manager


  • Reconcile client’s bank accounts.
  • Reconcile client’s suspense accounts and provide supporting inventory.
  • Oversees day to day inbound and outbound cash transaction for life and annuity products.
  • Perform day to day suspense and bank matching utilizing Blackline.
  • Adhere to standard operation control for audits.
  • Troubleshoot, assist, resolve issues and recommend process improvements.
  • Journalize adjustments or approved miscellaneous correction
  • Adhere to appropriate handling of sensitive information.
  • Develop procedures and controls to adhere to standard operation audits
  • Maintain client’s standard level agreement
  • Prepare Unclaimed property reporting
  • Ensure Unclaimed property adhere to client’s requirements

  • Ensure day to day suspense and bank clearing.
  • Ensure that the assigned targets in accordance with standard level agreement and any internal standards are met
  • Ensure cash is handled in accordance with compliance and standard operating controls

Maintain and provide the relevant process reports in a timely manner
