Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive/Manager to join Yellowcaps Infracon and drive growth in the interior design and décor sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for interior design, excellent client relationship management skills, and a proven ability to identify new business opportunities. The role will focus on expanding our market presence, fostering partnerships, and increasing revenue by delivering tailored solutions in the interior design space.

  1. Key Responsibilities:Business Development & Growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the interior design and décor sector.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow Yellowcaps Infracon’s presence in the market.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
  1. Sales & Client Acquisition
  • Generate leads, build strong client relationships, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Understand client needs, recommend appropriate design solutions, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure the successful delivery of interior design projects.
  1. Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, developers, and contractors.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert advice on design trends, products, and services.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and secure repeat business and referrals.
  1. Market Research & Trend Analysis
  • Stay updated on interior design trends, emerging styles, and competitor activities.
  • Gather and analyze customer insights to tailor product/service offerings to market demands.
  • Monitor industry developments to inform business strategies and product enhancements.
  1. Partnership Development & Collaboration
  • Identify and onboard strategic partners, suppliers, and vendors in the interior design space.
  • Negotiate terms with partners and ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
  1. Project Coordination & Support
  • Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Assist with product selection, procurement, and placement for interior design projects.
  • Ensure project timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met effectively.
  1. Performance Metrics & Reporting
  • Track and report on key business development metrics, such as lead generation, conversion rates, and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare reports on business development activities and performance for senior management.
  • Qualifications:Candidates with 2-5 years of experience in Business Development within the interior design, décor, home furniture or construction sectors.
  • Strong understanding of interior design trends, materials, and décor solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for market research and data-driven decisions.
  • Basic proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
