We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Developer (Fresher) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an MBA fresher with a major in Sales and Marketing. Preference will be given to candidates holding both

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Acquisition: Learn and implement strategies to identify and acquire new customers for our B2B establishment.

- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

- Project Acquisition: Assist in securing new projects by understanding client needs, preparing proposals, and conducting negotiations.

- Payment Follow-up: Manage and follow up on payment collections from clients in a timely manner.

- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.

- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on business development activities and client interactions.

Qualifications:

- Education: MBA with a major in Sales and Marketing. Candidates with a combination of

B Tech and MBA degrees will be preferred.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
