Job Title: Business Development Executive / Sales Executive / Presales Executive / Marketing Executive / Telecaller / Sales Advisor / Telesales

Interview Timing: 10 AM to 7 PM
Salary: 8,000 to 20,000 (No bar for a good candidate)
Incentive & Bonus: 10,000+ Per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls, conduct needs assessments, and maintain detailed records.
- Plan and execute face-to-face meetings, delivering presentations and addressing client queries.
- Implement targeted lead-generation strategies through various channels.
- Contribute to the development and execution of a comprehensive sales plan.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and personalized engagement.
- Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner for clients' digital and software needs.
- Set and achieve challenging sales targets, regularly analyzing performance metrics.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and contribute to a high-performance sales culture.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead-generation campaigns and materials.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven sales or business development experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Advantageous familiarity with digital marketing and software services.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to travel for client visits.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Confidence in engaging clients through Tele-sales and in-person meetings.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivation and results-oriented mindset.
- A plus would be a bachelor’s degree in IT, Technology, Computer, Business, Marketing, or any related field.
