Position: Customer Support Executive – Chat Process
Shift: Rotational Shifts
Working Days: 6 days a week
Compensation: Up to ₹4 LPA + Bonus
Transport: Two-way cab provided
- Job Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and issues primarily through chat (80%) and voice calls (20%).
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer queries, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns effectively, adhering to company policies.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues.
- Collaborate with team members and escalate complex cases to senior teams when necessary.
- Eligibility Criteria:Education: Graduation (mandatory).
- Experience: Prior experience in customer support or similar roles is preferred.
- Age: Up to 35 years.
- Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Key Skills and Requirements:Proficient in typing with accuracy and speed for handling chat interactions.
- Ability to multitask and handle chat and voice interactions effectively.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
