Job Description: Customer Support Executive (Chat Process)

Position: Customer Support Executive – Chat Process

Shift: Rotational Shifts

Working Days: 6 days a week

Compensation: Up to ₹4 LPA + Bonus

Transport: Two-way cab provided


  • Job Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and issues primarily through chat (80%) and voice calls (20%).
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer queries, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns effectively, adhering to company policies.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues.
  • Collaborate with team members and escalate complex cases to senior teams when necessary.
  • Eligibility Criteria:Education: Graduation (mandatory).
  • Experience: Prior experience in customer support or similar roles is preferred.
  • Age: Up to 35 years.


  • Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Key Skills and Requirements:Proficient in typing with accuracy and speed for handling chat interactions.
  • Ability to multitask and handle chat and voice interactions effectively.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
