Job Title: Customer Support Representative (Blended Process)
Location: Startek Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: 10pm - 6am.
Salary: 20k - 27k

Position Overview:We are seeking a Customer Support Representative for our Blended Process at our Noida location. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service by handling both inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer queries, and ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. You will be part of a dynamic team that caters to both customer support and sales-related activities.
- Key Responsibilities:Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate resolutions.
- Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex problems to the appropriate team if required.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide product/service information to customers and guide them through troubleshooting processes.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone.
- Meet performance targets for response time, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Skills & Qualifications:Educational Qualifications: Graduation is mandatory.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or call center operations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software.
- Customer Service Mindset: Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service with a problem-solving approach.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Team Player: Collaborative and willing to contribute to a positive work culture.
- Work Environment: Willingness to work in a blended process (voice & non-voice, email/chat support).
- Preferred Skills:Previous experience in a customer support role, preferably in a blended process environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Knowledge of customer service best practices and call handling etiquette.
- Work Schedule:Full-time position with flexible shifts.
- Will be required to work on weekends and public holidays as per the schedule.
