Primary Responsibility

Associate should understand Insurance basics and undergo a process training which will help him deliver the desired results.

Key Accountabilities:

• Processing of the cases received in different queues
• Reaching out to external parties for seeking clarification / information missing 
• Sending follow-up to the external parties for seeking information / paperwork
• Should be able to interact with AM for the purpose of reporting performance, clarifying concerns, and seeking feedback and support.
• Should be able to interact with Manager for the purpose of settling issues left unresolved by the AM
• Should be able to interact with Team Members for the purpose of seeking cooperation and clarification on process-related matters and providing assistance and support when required.
