Job Title: HR Generalist


Location: Noida, UP

Job Overview

We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our team and manage our full spectrum of HR functions. This includes recruiting for key roles such as Business Development Associate (BDA), Digital Marketing Specialist, and Graphic Designer, along with employee relations, compliance, training, and performance management.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Staffing:

  - Manage end-to-end recruitment process for roles including BDA, Digital Marketing, and Graphic Designer.

  - Collaborate with department heads to define job requirements and develop recruitment strategies.

  - Conduct candidate interviews, screenings, and manage onboarding processes.


2. Employee Relations:

  - Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts.

  - Foster a positive working environment and promote a high-performance culture.


3. HR Compliance:

  - Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal company policies.

  - Maintain employee records and HR documentation.


4. Compensation & Benefits:

  - Manage payroll, benefits, and employee compensation.

  - Ensure accurate and timely disbursements.


5. Training & Development:

  - Identify training needs and organize professional development programs.

  - Support career growth and employee engagement initiatives.


6. Performance Management:

  - Assist in implementing performance appraisals and employee reviews.

  - Monitor progress and ensure timely feedback is provided to employees.


7. HR Systems:

  - Maintain HRIS for accurate employee records.

  - Generate reports on headcount, recruitment status, and other HR metrics.


Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.

- Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.

- Strong knowledge of labor legislation and compliance.

- Experience with HRIS and payroll software.

- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
