Job Description


  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement transformation strategies aligned with the company's vision and objectives. Oversee the end-to-end execution of transformation projects.
  • Change Management: Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions during transformation initiatives. Develop and execute communication plans to engage stakeholders and foster a culture of innovation.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Utilize project management methodologies and tools to track progress and report on outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and external partners to align transformation goals and drive successful outcomes. Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and build consensus.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data analytics to inform strategic decisions and measure the impact of transformation initiatives. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against targets.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Proactively address challenges and obstacles to maintain project momentum.

Basic Function

The candidate will be working with a range of clients and wider business practices to engineer/re-engineer, design and strategy to help our clients as they embark on the journey to transform their operations


Essential Functions

  1. Conduct thorough business assessment to analyze and understand the current state of systems and processes. 
  2. Identify process transformation opportunities, design, and propose solutions that meet business requirements and improve Cx, efficiencies, effectiveness, Revenue etc.
  3. Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestones, while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  4. Must have minimum 3 years’ experience as Project Manager. Insurance Life and Annuity domain experience is preferred
  5. Must have understanding of Robotics projects, must be aware with the RPA capabilities available in the market
  6. Work closely with supporting teams (RPA, Analytics or Relevant solution) to ensure the technical feasibility of solutions.
  7. Collect and analyze data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
  8. Develop and present detailed reports to stakeholders, utilizing tools such as Excel, PowerPoints etc.
  9. Well versed with Cost Benefit Analysis and Benefit quantification.  
  10. Should have led/mentored Lean Six Sigma project.
  11. Can utilize project management tools (e.g., Asana- preferred) to track progress and report on project status. 
  12. Act as a change management agent to ensure successful implementation of solutions
  13. Maintain awareness of new and emerging solutions and the potential application on operations 
  14. Drive enterprise adoption of these tools/techniques by internal and client showcasing and articulating the business case and value proposition 
  15. Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders on a periodic basis (written & verbal)


Primary Internal Interactions

  • Ops AM/ Managers and Senior leadership for opportunity identification
  • Solutioning teams for validation of proposed solution and tracking development progress
  • Senior leadership from Ops and Digital teams to provide update and manage escalations


Primary External Interactions


  •     Client, Ability to work with clients in a consultative way, helping them translate their business objectives into digital strategies

Organizational Relationships

Technical Skills

  • Understanding of AI and other automation tools and technologies, domain, etc
  • Proactively identify potential issues and develop contingency plans
  • Utilize creative and analytical thinking to develop innovative solutions
  • Lean Six Sigma Black/Green Belt certification is preferred
  • AWS concept awareness is preferred
  • Should be good at descriptive analysis using Excel, Python, Minitab or similar software
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office – MS Excel, Power Point, Word Doc

  • Expertise in mapping as-is process, 
  • Creating future operating model with intervention of technology

Education Requirements

  1. Awareness of Digital levers such as RPA, Analytics, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence 
  2. PMP/LSS Black/Green Belt certification would be an added advantage
  3. Strong analytical skill of problem solving analytical mindset
  4. Excellent oral communication and presentation skills


Work Experience Requirements


  • Minimum 5 years of total work experience
  • Minimum 3 years in the current role/assignment
