Job Description

  1. Handling a team of 20 Agents
  2. Providing guidance, and training to agent to improve their skills, product knowledge and customer services.
  3. Maintaining the weekly quality report and also give the feedback as per the performance basis.
  4. Preparing and managing shrinkage and attrition reports.
  5. Handling escalations calls and share feedback on performance.
  6. Publishing daily reports.
  7. Preparing data after fetching the report from CRM.
  8. Only Those have prior experience as a team leader of inbound customer support to apply
