- Handling a team of 20 Agents
- Providing guidance, and training to agent to improve their skills, product knowledge and customer services.
- Maintaining the weekly quality report and also give the feedback as per the performance basis.
- Preparing and managing shrinkage and attrition reports.
- Handling escalations calls and share feedback on performance.
- Publishing daily reports.
- Preparing data after fetching the report from CRM.
- Only Those have prior experience as a team leader of inbound customer support to apply
