Job Description


We are seeking an experienced **Sales Manager** to drive enterprise sales for our growing corporate catering business in Noida and NCR. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in catering, hospitality, or corporate services, and will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.


### **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Business Development**: Identify and target potential enterprise clients for corporate catering services in Noida, Delhi, Gurgaon, and the NCR region.

- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.

- **Lead Generation**: Proactively generate leads through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging personal contacts.

- **Client Relationships**: Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

- **Proposal & Contract Management**: Create customized catering proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts with clients.

- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and the evolving needs of corporate catering in the region.

- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the operations and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

- **Reporting & Analysis**: Track sales performance, maintain records of client interactions, and provide regular sales forecasts and updates to management.

  

### **Qualifications:**

- **Experience**: Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in corporate catering, hospitality, or related services.

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

- **Skills**: 

 - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

 - Proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets.

 - Knowledge of corporate catering and hospitality industry trends.

 - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- **Networking**: Established network of corporate contacts in Noida, Delhi NCR is highly desirable.
