Job Description:

As the Sales Manager at Property Souk, you will oversee the sales team, develop and implement effective sales strategies, and ensure that sales targets are consistently met. This role requires strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, and the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that align with Property Souk’s business objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to create effective promotional campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in real estate.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
