**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Telecaller Executive to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in telecalling, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for sales. As a Telecaller Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our real estate properties, and driving sales growth. 

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Lead Generation:**

  - Identify and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, referrals, and online research.

  - Maintain and update a database of potential clients.

2. **Client Engagement:**

  - Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote real estate properties.

  - Provide detailed information about the properties, including location, price, amenities, and other relevant details.

  - Answer client inquiries and address concerns effectively.

3. **Sales Conversion:**

  - Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested clients.

  - Follow up with potential clients to provide additional information and persuade them to make a purchase.

  - Close sales deals and meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

4. **Relationship Management:**

  - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

  - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

5. **Market Knowledge:**

  - Stay updated on the latest real estate market trends, property values, and competitor offerings.

  - Provide feedback to the sales and marketing team on market trends and customer preferences.

6. **Reporting:**

  - Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager.

  - Track and report on key performance metrics, including call volume, lead conversion rates, and sales figures.


- Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar sales role, preferably in the real estate industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.

- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Good organizational and time management skills.
