We are seeking a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach to help drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound/Inbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain products or services and answer queries.
• Record customer information and interactions accurately.
• Follow up on leads and close sales.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in relevant computer applications.( Excel is mandatory)
