Responsibilities:

• Accountable for engaging through chat with all prospective learners visiting the website.
• Identify needs of the prospect, clarify relevant questions and understand if there are immediate opportunities available for sales engagement.
• Maintain accurate records of all activities in the chat and CRM products.
• Identify prospect list and contribute to prospect nurture campaigns.
• Accountable for meeting or exceeding monthly qualified lead objectives and quotas.

Requirements:

• Work experience in sales and/or chat team background.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Drive and perseverance to engage in prospect chat conversations.
• Team player.
• Microsoft Excel knowledge.
