Position Overview:

As a Tele Sales Executive (Sales), you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while also driving sales through both inbound and outbound channels. You will engage with customers to understand their needs, provide product information, and actively promote sales opportunities. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Sales:
  • Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone, email, or other communication channels.
  • Conduct sales calls to introduce products or services, identify customer needs, and offer solutions.
  • Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns or other sources.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers to drive sales opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by management.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams regarding customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as product development or operations, to address customer needs or concerns.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with other members of the customer support and sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Share best practices, strategies, and insights to enhance overall sales performance.
  • Participate in training sessions or workshops to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales or customer support roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and work flexible hours, if required.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
